Rapid prototype creation

1) Build prototype

First, determine what kind of prototype you would like to build. You should consider the intended purpose of the prototype, what you want to prototype, which medium to use, and the expected longevity of the prototype. We offer the Laser Rapid Prototyping and CNC Prototyping methods. As for materials, you can choose between plastic or metal prototyping.

2) Test configuration and revise

Testing the prototype allows for reduction of costs through optimization and refinement. It also confirms that the design performs acceptably and will reveal whether or not revisions are necessary.

3) Prototype confirmation

Once we complete the prototyping, we will test it for quality. We will then send it to you for confirmation. If you are satisfied, we will continue to the following processes. If you desire some modifications, we will edit it promptly to suit your needs.
